Booking & Payment

- A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date
- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session or event
- Automatic reminders are sent as due dates approach
- Payment plans may be available upon request
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Retainers are non-refundable
- Retainers may be applied toward one reschedule when possible
- Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are handled with care and discretion
- Changes are always communicated clearly and promptly
Life happens - and kindness and professionalism guide these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Session & Event Details
- Timing, locations, and setup requirements are confirmed in advance
- Custom installs and larger event may require extended setup windows
- Clients are responsible for securing permission for locations they do not own (venues, Airbnbs, etc.)
- All spaces are treated with respect and left as they were found - or better.
Galleries & Delivery
- Proof and final gallery timelines are communicated clearly
- Final galleries remain live for 90 days after delivery
- Clients are encouraged to download and back up images promptly
- Limited re-openings may be available upon request

- Clear, kind communication is shared expectation
- Collaboration and mutual respect are essential to the experience
